Make it safe and watertight
Temporary cover over any opening first, so the next front does not finish what the last one started.

Document the damage
Photographs of every affected area, with locations, so you have a clear record of what the storm did.

Quote the repair
Storm damage and pre-existing wear are different things. We separate them in the quote instead of blurring the two.

Repair and re-check
Displaced sheets refixed, ridge capping re-bedded, valleys cleared and re-laid, then the whole roof checked, not only the obvious damage.

How fast can you get here after a storm?
Making the roof watertight comes first and we prioritise open roofs. Full repairs are scheduled once the weather has passed, because reroofing in a front is neither safe nor good work.
Winter fronts keep lifting the same sheets. Why?
Almost always fixing pattern or screw density on an exposed aspect. If the same sheets keep going, the fix is the fixing, not the sheet.
Should I get on the roof to look?
No. Storm-damaged roofs have loose sheets and cracked tiles that carry no weight. Photograph what you can see from the ground and let us do the rest.
