Commercial and Strata Roofing

Commercial roofs fail on a schedule you can plan for. The work is coordinating the job so the business or the block underneath keeps running.

How It Works

Our process.

  1. 01

    Condition report

A written report on the whole roof, so a strata council or an owner has something to make a decision from.

  2. 02

    Staged scope

Where a full replacement is not this year's budget, we set out what has to happen now and what can wait, honestly.

  3. 03

    Access and scheduling

Work sequenced around trading hours, tenants and site access, agreed in writing before we start.

  4. 04

    Handover

Photographic record of the completed work and the maintenance points, for the building's own records.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you work with strata companies?

Yes. We are used to quoting for a strata council rather than a single owner, which usually means a written condition report first and a decision later.

Can the work happen out of trading hours?

Where the site allows it, yes. It is agreed in the scope up front rather than negotiated once the crew is on site.

How disruptive is a commercial re-roof?

Less than most people expect if it is staged properly. We work in sections so the areas underneath stay usable.

Do you handle roof plant and walkways?

We coordinate around them and reinstate them. Anything requiring a specialist trade is called out in the quote rather than assumed.
